Our turning centers have the ability to produce large and small volume production. One HAAS SL-20 has a bar-feeder and part catching system with a 2" through bar. This can be used for high volume unattended machining. Our ST-30's can handle parts up to 16" in diameter and 24" long.

Rimeco performs First Article Process Verification on all new production parts. This decreases the probability of non-conforming initial production lots which would delay delivery. All operations are validated with first piece inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection.
